One Box of Magnolia Bakery Banana Pudding Cookies
Ice Cream of your choice
sprinkles, optional topping
mini chocolate chips, optional topping
pretzels, optional topping
Directions

1. Remove ice cream from the freezer and let soften at room temperature for about 10 minutes for easier scooping.

 

2. To assemble sandwich, take one cookie and place a scoop of ice cream on the flat size of the cookie. Top with flat side of the second cookie to make the sandwich. Repeat with the remaining two cookies.

 

3. If desired, roll sides of ice cream sandwich in toppings of your choice!

 

Tip: Sandwiches can be made ahead of time and kept in the freezer or eaten right away.
